Ana and Gabriel’s Dallas Skyline engagement session was truly a Disney fairytale! When we spoke about where to capture their love story, Ana mentioned the Dallas skyline and I knew exactly where to go!

Junior high is awkward for a lot of us. Some of us meet our best friends, some of us find our favorite teachers. But for a small, very fortunate few, we find a soul mate.

Ana & Gabriel met in Junior High. Their love story is truly a tale as old as time! Disney has been a major part of their journey. Rightfully so! I mean, how magical would it be to find the love of your life so early in life, and just know, they are your person to grow old with?! Gabriel proposed this past fall on a romantic trip to Disney. His princess said “YES!”, and now they’re on their way to happily ever after!

BUT.. What’s a Disney movie without a little drama! We are SO lucky to have been able to get Ana & Gabriel’s Dallas Skyline engagement session in right before this Global Pandemic began to spread to America.

I feel for the future Mr. and Mrs. Salas as, although we got our session in just in time, more and more restrictions came into place that ultimately changed their wedding day plans.

At first it didn’t seem as though it would effect the wedding industry when regulations of 500 people or more could not be in an area together. However, that number began to lessen and less to 250 then, 125, 50, to now 10 people or more.

I cannot imagine how stressful it has to be for a couple, planning their dream wedding for what truly has been almost their entire lives.

Ana and Gabriel’s May 23rd 2020 wedding turned into June 20th, 2020. I am just so happy to be a part of their day, no matter when it takes place! And 06.20.2020 has a beautiful ring to it! What an incredible story to tell future generations.
